This patch requires Java 圆4 to be installed on the PC. Minecraft - v.1.7.10 - 3D Vision Patch - 圆4. Readme says that it doesn't support it, then on the very next paragraph it says it does support fullscreen along with convergence, separation, 3D Vision surround, and even 3DTVplay possibly.
